l I made it clear.. if I cannot be assisted just let me know if up front. Do not take my info and disappear. The.lady took my info and never called me back after it was promised by the rep to return the call! An apology should have been given first before the company trying to cover up their bad customer service with more bad customer service in the form of an excuse Response to the response: do not give me an automated message telling me about quality assurance you need to tell your people they need to be more proficient in being honest and calling people back! they need to call the quality assurance number not me because you all are scammers and I will never recommend anybody to that dump! However I will report you to the department of consumer affairs as a matter of fact I already have you'll be getting a letter soon so why don't you tell your quality assurance to address that good day!

These people discriminate against the disabled they throw the Rock and try to hide the hand as if they didn't do it I would not recommend anyone go to this establishment the way they have treated me during my tenure at this place as well as individuals that I have referred has been less than a stellar it's not right to discriminate against someone because of their disability in this place did just that do not respond back to this message with a recording that has been copied and pasted like I've noticed others have been doing I'm not calling anybody these people I noticed in the reviews don't even apologize when people are treated unfairly they need to be stopped and reported BUYER BEWARE! Violation of *The Rehabilitation Act and *The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
