I was really down on my last limb. Had bills accruing all the way from 2020 that was from me, but also built up from past relationships. I was getting threatening calls to my home all times of day. I was recommended to auto money from a work friend and it was the best recommendation ever. From the time I walked through the door, everyone was pleasant. I was so embarrassed that I walked in with a wig on and sunshades. However, I instantly realized everyone felt my pain. I didn’t know if I was gonna get approved, but they looked through everything. After I got approved, I was concerned about payback options because my car is my main source of how I am able to earn income. Ms. Tierra sat down with me, gave me some cookies, a bottle of water and a box of tissue and spoke to me as a person. By the time I left, I felt safe and secure to the point that I was able to pay those threatening bill collectors, who now didn’t want to take the money they were harassing me for. Everyone goes through struggles in life, but I look very forward to doing business with them the next time.

The ladies in this office were so helpful and knowledgeable about helping me get what I need. They are so friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will be doing business with them again.
