At first I was shaky, but Michelle has never caused me any problems. 1 time I was late, I was upset because it hit my credit, but she understood, because she knew she has never had an issue with me paying.

I wish I read the reviews before going. I only got the loan because i am getting two settlements and thought i could pay it back quickly. But things started happening to back me up...They nasty and come to your home. We have signs up because we have dogs and they don't care they come anyway. The nasty manager calls and talks to you nasty and acts like she glad if you can't pay and throws it in your face while saying personal stuff she should not. She hangs up in your face each time so why call except to be nasty. It's like she enjoys calling to be nasty. I am paying on other loans and will only pay the company back not that office...

If you ever need a loan and come here. Run!!! They will harass you to the max. Of course they should contact you about your payment BUT they will go to the extreme. You will get multiple emails daily, multiple phone calls daily, and when you get home you have 3 to 4 letters at one time almost everyday you are late. They will come to your house too. One evening someone came knocking on my door hard. I thought it was the police but it was them and after business hours. It is ricidulous! Mrs. M customer service is horrible. I will never ever go to them again. EVER!!!!

Michelle the office manager was an overall ok person until my very last payment became due. She was condescending and down right rude. Now i admittedly payed about 2 weeks late every month. But i always paid late fees no problem. Never been a real issue. And Michelle knew this.Well starting at the next to the last payment i started receiving calls to my job from Brandi. NEVER HAPPEND BEFORE. Paid them as usual on the end of the month. Here we are at last payment and now its like they never dealt with me before or that I've never paid them. Before this last payment I was called ma'am or sweetie or just treated overly nice. But now I'm like an unwanted step child. I do appreciate the help I recieved from them during my time of need. Bit the end experience was horrible
