Nicki comes off as rude in my opinion. A man called to offer me a loan and when I called back she was aggressive and didn't seem like she wanted me to speak with that man about my options. When I told her I can call back to speak with the man she stated she was going to note my account(in a threatening manner) such as I wouldn't be able to come back to then. They reach out to me its not the other way around. Perhaps this is why I wanted to speak with the man who initially called me. His mannerisms came off as friendly.

The good folks at the assembly st branch is top notch very delightful!! Also easy to work with.
