The experience was great. All I did was sign and deposit the check. They released the funds in a timely manner, however, my bank didn't but showed it as a deposit within two days.

Chris, Kristen, and Claudine are the best. The moment I walked in the door everyone was professional, kind and gave me a warm feeling showing me that I mattered. The customer service I received while Chris worked on my loan, was spectacular! Chris work diligently to ensure my loan was done with accuracy. He listened to my needs and provided my family and I exactly what we needed! I am impressed with his hard work and passion for what he does.

I really appreciate the representatives listening to my concerns and working with me to resolve the issue immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience at all costs and even offered to welcome me back should I need their assistance again in the future. Thank you, this will never be forgotten.

I am so impressed with the service I receive every time I speak with someone at this office. Even with the recent changes due to Covid everyone has been more than professional and helpful every time I speak with them. Claudine, Chris, and Kristen went out of their way to help us when we found ourself in a financial bind. I would definitely recommended regional finance to any of my friend and family.

Reading the review of the young lady Tiera , I have a different view of Cynthia. Cynthia process my loan in s timely manner, explain the loan to me throughly. I was able to help pay for a funeral. The entire staff is nice

0 stars very unprofessional. Cynthia gave me the run around after taking all my personal information. Never gave me a call back after telling me multiple times she would. She acted as if she was doing something unethical and fishy. I wouldn’t never recommend.
