Completed an application online which I was contacted by one of the representatives within 30 mins I believe her name was Kim. Spent about 15 mins on the phone with her verifying information which she put me on hold a number of three times the last time she put me on hold she ended up hanging up. Been trying to call back the last two days to finalize my application and she keeps telling me is “call back in an hour.” Not a good first impression at all
