Always exceptional service at Southern and 12/16/2021 was the same. The rep is a new employee and extremely professional and very kind. She had to answer 2 calls while I was there and I overheard her speaking to others in the same way. A great addition to "our" office since my husband and myself are both customers at that location. Southern Finance at the Garners Ferry location, is THEEEEE best financial solution company that I've ever worked with. They're honest, trustworthy, convenient and very accommodating. There was a time I needed extra and the aided me in increasing my loan amount. There was another time where I wouldn't have my monthly payment until the following week, so they waved the late fee and accommodated me to make payment on the following week.
