Brian was the Manager that assisted me with my loan and from the start he did not make me feel like a number but rather a person who he could help. While he first got straight to business getting me started reading all the legalities to get that out of the way so he could go out to my vehicle and get his part done. When he came back in he made small talk finding out about me and making me feel like I was sitting with someone I've known for years. Brian is a very personable and professional guy that has excellent time management skills to make sure you are on your way quickly and at the same time not making you feel rushed to get out of his office. I highly recommend this Titlemax location and enjoying a great experience with Brian.
