This is a very reputable company. The staff there are very courteous and will do all they can to assist you with your needs. They made me feel as if my financial needs were their needs. I would recommend anyone that may need assistance with loans to visit OneMain!

Walked in and sat down to talk about a small loan, I applied online, the man I worked with was very slow and could barely hear me. They put 2 hits on my credit and two hours later they told me they approved me but can’t give me money unless I prove my residency. (College student so I live in MD) could’ve told me that from the beginning before running my credit twice and wasting my time. They were all over the place not knowing how to take care of me calling 4 different branches and asking for my personal information outloud in front of other people.

They helped when I needed them. Like any title loan, their finance charge fees are very, very high. $9000 loan = $20+K payment. Make sure you check with a credit union, if the bank declines your loan request. Also remember that any loan would bring your credit score down and banks become skeptical to hand out loans or credit cards.

They are understanding and willing to help if needed.
