I don't know where to start. They have been there for me for many reasons. I missed many many payments for personal reasons. But Ashley was so helpful to get me back on track. She is so sweet and I appreciate her and sunset finance so much! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR ASHLEY!!!

I went there to have my taxes amended by Ashley. I called her over 5 times and was given different excuses every time. So I finally go in person to find out that Ashley and all the staff were replaced. So I explained my situation to the district manager Mr. Hoffman and he says to me that Amy will take care of me and they are not going to charge me. Here we go again, 3 week later and several phone calls with no success. I just went there in person again and Amy & the district manager Mr. Hoffman tell me that they are to busy. It’s obvious that they don’t care and unprofessional. I wouldn’t do my taxes or definitely not any financial banking there..

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The manager helped me when nobody else would. Such sweet and very helpful people.

I received a loan from Sunset Finance approximately a year ago, via live check in the mail. No credit check, no hassle. I deposited the check with no issues. Making payments is easy and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I’m very close to paying my loan off, but am considering refinancing, since this loan has helped my credit so much. They report to all three major credit bureaus monthly. The only downside is that they don’t currently offer automatic payments. Other than that, my experience has been great and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

This place is so rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend getting a loan here. I went in to renew my loan and one of the employees named ray started talking badly about one of my family members who also has a loan there, while other customers were around. The other employees then proceeded to laugh. I WOULD never again in my life get a loan here and I would recommend you don’t either.
