As a customer service rep myself, I think it would be nice to call back and let the person know they are not approved. I actually sat around since 9am waiting for a call back because that’s what I was told. But no one called. When calling them and asking if they give calls back even if denial, the rep proceeds to say not really. Especially when we are busy during days like this. Very unprofessional. Will never apply again nor recommend anyone using them.

First time doing business with them and I love it, nice staff they help me out when I need it.... recommended.

There just all around good people had a problem with a check they sent owner personally called me to take care of it. Now thats customer service thanks for being so great everyone !
