I went in to open an account. I was told to wait on whom I’m assuming was the bank manager. A lady by the name of heather came out. She didn’t speak or anything. Her attitude was as if she really didn’t want my business. After dealing with her I just decided to take my business elsewhere

As they are good at giving a loan . There customer service is the worst! I have payments that I pay there every month and they are suppose to have my name on the loans as it was put on! In the Darlington bank they are very very hard to deal with and RUDE!!!! They don’t do anything to help us as the customer they make it harder!!!

The Darlington branch is very professional. Amanda takes out time to explain things to you while getting you what you need in the process and then some.
