I received a letter in the mail offering me some cash. I wasn't going to open it, but decided to give it a shot, being that I needed to have some things done to my car. I filled out the application and received a phone call from Ron the next day saying I was approved. Went to the office to finish up my paperwork, and I must say that Ron and Dolores were so kind and professional. Ron actually helped me get more money than I applied for. This office has a welcoming atmosphere. My son even said how he liked the staff, especially when Dolores gave him a bag full of goodies and necessities. I'm glad I took a chance in accepting the offer through the mail, because not only was I able to take care the needs of my car, I also was able to have money left over for myself. So glad to have even met the staff personally. Thanks Ron and Dolores for making my 1st visit worthwhile!

Awesome customer service. Sandra Morrison is my go to person. She is always discreet and handles my questions with confidentiality. I don't hesitate to call if I have a question or am trying to solve a problem I have that she may be able to help me with. She is knowledgable and easy to talk to always giving me great one on one attention and service.

Everyone in that office is very friendly. Dex is very very sweet, he called me yesterday to let me know how much I had available. I told him I was interested in doing a loan consolidation. He took my information and called me back with great news, he helped me get a bill off me. Go see Dex, Sharonda, Jameeca and Mr. Ron, these really great people will do their best to make you apart of their family
