Absolutely love the ladies here! They are so helpful and will work with you no matter your situation. They take the time to get you what you need and make sure you leave happy and a few dollars in your pocket. Thanks y’all!!

This office is amazing! My husband has a loan with them and I have had to deal with them a few times They are so professional and kind!!! The office is always clean and they are always willing to help. This office is ran so well and the ladies are always so sweet!! Would recommend this office over any other office.

The ladies in the office are wonderful!!! I have had a loan for about a year now and could not ask for better service or nicer people! The manager is so sweet and polite!! 100% recommend this office!!!

Say they will approve you for a loan and call them back to get the results say you're approved but not approved refuse to get your application approved for a loan. Very bad customer service and all around bad at being professional with you on the phone. They will not get the approval that i got from one of their other locations transferred to their office. So I could get the loan amount that I was approved for.

I did business with them in the past and was looking to open a new loan to do some debt consolidating. I borrowed a good bit of money from them before and sure I was late a few times, but the previous account was paid in full. But this time, I was told the account had been ‘charged off’ and they were unwilling to do any further business with me for another 3 years, which sounded fictitious since there was a lot of hesitation when I asked when I might be able to take out another loan with them. Just another example of laziness and shady tactics in the Greenville/Upstate area.

I love the staff there they really make you feel like you’re at home and they ask you if you need any help with anything and I do care about your financial needs. They are very professional women’s and make sure that you are very well taken care of. I would advise anybody to go there if you need financial assistance.

I will say the people inside are nice. But it’s annoying that their website is almost always down for payments. And when it is up, it won’t accept any form of payment which is super inconvenient for people who don’t have time to stop in or who prefer not to have to call to speak to someone to pay. I hope they fix it. Building for this location is not the best and they send a little too much mail to my house for no reason at all.
