Never ever utilize them. I have had an ogling account with them for over a year. Ended up totaling my car and fell short to where my payment was late. I kept in contact they would call my references as if I wasn’t calling them and had no empathy toward my situation at all. Their attitude was very nasty and unprofessional told me I need to get to them with no car. Asked for the supervisor to call me and was told that he told them that he will not call me. Long story short do not use them they do not care if anything happens to you.

This place has horrible customer service, no wonder you have to send out live checks to get people to do business with you. I don't have a loan here but someone I know does and they are rude and lack professionalism. I own a small business and would never treat my customers in that manner... people, take your business else where. Oh, and calling people every day all day is not a successful approach, we have cell phones, all we have to do is put you all call block...

Rachel is a horrible person. Very unprofessional! Rude! Thinks everyone is beneath her. But hey, when you are sleeping with the VP of the company, you can get by with anything. No, I don't have a loan there, this is on a much different level.

They well not work with u and they well turn down a payment. Rachel with fuss back and argue with you. Then when u say I'm recording you she gets very mad and hang up with you and well not answer your phone call when u call her back it's like they do not want you too pay them all they want u to do is to renew your loan I'm not renewing my loan they crazy. I do not advise anyone at all to do business with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They tell you one thing and do another. Mental health is a illness just as the flu is!! You tell someone we can help you and then that person depends on that you gave them your word. This is all about a friend of mine who was depending on the renewal of a loan for his meds and they said for him Monday we can send someone to your house with the check the on Monday they say they can’t you lied. But it’s all good I’m calling the main office to report this. Thanks
