After being a customer for multiple years with 100% on time payments and 1 loan paid off and another paid from 15k to 4k i wanted to refinance bc of the 486$ payment. They would not refinance the loan despite my credit being 640+ and they based that decision on my finances, they brilliantly said that I didn't show enough income to lower payment and refinance so they stuck me with a 486 payment...do not do business with one main, they are thieves and dishonest and do not care about the customer only the interest they make off your loan.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! My father recently passed away and he had a vehicle through this company. Actually, my father and mother had a vehicle loan and years ago took a personal loan. Without their acknowledgment, this company took their vehicle, which was almost paid off, and tied it together with the personal loan, adding years to the vehicle and interest. After fighting with them for years, nothing was done. Fast forward to today. My mother passed away 4 years ago and my father passed away last week. They told us we need tj return the vehicle TODAY! Ms. Eubanks is extremely rude and insensitive the current situation. There is no way they will receive all the money owed in this truck! Good luck getting your money back.

So I tried to redo my loan when I needed some extra money. Always played on time with no problem. They would not help me. Now that I have it almost payed off they want to call me to see if I need more money.... then I apply for one so I can consolidate some things. I get approved and call them, they tell me I can't use the same collateral I used last time cause the value is not the same as there lowest loan... it wasn't the same value last time rather... this place is a joke and they don't care if you have payed them almost off....

Last resort loan. Warning! Go anywhere else. I have never missed a payment and they harass you endlessly to borrow more. You can't pay towards the principle because it is a "precomputed loan". I pay $50 over my payment and it all goes to the interest.
