I would most definitely stay away from this place. I have had a loan with them for over a year now, with an outstanding payment history, but yet when a situation arose and I needed to refi to get a small amount, they said I have nothing available, even though my original loan is 1/2 way paid off, with an exceptional history. My credit score even increased by 75 points since my original loan. I strongly discourage anyone from using this place. There are better companies out there, who will treat you right.

Hateful, ridiculous interest rate and not willing to work with you on any help at all. Beware they are horrible
