Be careful with this company. A couple of weeks after the passing of my husband, I received a call from them. They conveyed their sympathy and said how sorry they were about his passing. Made it sound so sincere. Said my husband had an insurance policy and that it was willed to me. Inquired about a copy of the death certificate. I took it to the office and asked how much was it? They said they didn't know. Had it timed just right. A couple of weeks later I received a letter in the mail for a payoff for a loan. The insurance that was willed to me, I ended up with a check for $20.51. I wish they could been completely honest up front. Got me when I was very vulnerable. Honestly is always the best policy. Felt betrayed. .

Melissa Petteway was extremely helpful, polite, and gave me the ABSOLUTE best service. She was personable and was able to assist me promptly. I felt comfortable and appreciated her support. Contact Melissa if you have a need. She's knowledgeable and cares about her customers.
