When I say Vickie from the Florence office is AMAZING, I mean just that! I got there right before they closed and Vickie greeted me with such a warm welcome like I was the first person walking in the door for that day! Customer service is Fantastic and she explained everything to me so thoroughly. Patient, did not rush anything, and so kind! Once I received my check, she even suggested for me to make my deposit via Mobile deposit! I made the deposit via Mobile deposit and with my bank, the funds were available immediately! So she saved me time and gas money! Thank you so much again Vickie for being so sweet and actually putting your customers first!
