A few days ago my Husband and I had the opportunity to visit this location with the hopes of being able to do business with them. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Anthony who helped us with the loan process. Not only was he able to get us approved but he was able to get us a little more than what we originally thought. Everyone at this location were very professional, polite and made us feel right at home. Clean & Cozy establishment!! Great Customer Service!! I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely do business here again if need be!!

This business I would definitely recommend and defines southern hospitality very stressful time in my life that has me here and Rachel was so understanding, kind, helpful and informative especially someone like me who had no idea how this process works she made sure to get me the highest amount she could and explain everything in detail, I can’t express enough how smooth this process was and how caring they are it’s more than just a loan they truly care and want to help your situation! Definitely recommend over anywhere else I called other places and got nothing but attitude and no information about the process! Thanks again so much!

Highly recommend this place! I was extremely hesitant to take out a title loan after reading about so many terrible experiences people had with other companies, I found American Auto Title Loans Fort Mill on google, I saw so many great reviews for the company and manager Rachel, I figured I'd give them a shot. After speaking with Rachel and Amanda on the phone I felt confident about doing business with these ladies so I came in to visit them and inquire further. Rachel set my mind at ease, and with the patience of a kindergarten teacher, she walked the through the process step by step and answered ALL of my questions. She went above and beyond, spent over an hour explaining in detail the process, and in the end I left with the money I needed because of the pinch I was in. I left the office with a check, and confidence that I was doing business with one of the most transparent and reputable title loan businesses in my area!
