I initially thought the customer service here was awesome! The initial process was easy and fast. As time went on I was a few days late on a payment. Trying to communicate any problems is not possible with this company. I was told that even with one day late my car is in jeopardy of being picked up. Next, I received a nasty letter in the mail from this company stating that next time they don’t have to even send a letter, they can just repo the car. No one wants to receive a letter like this or be talked down to. Changes in management need to happen in this organization. They didn’t value me as a customer. This was the most stressful interaction that I have ever done! I would advise to do business elsewhere.

Melissa was a big help and very informative. Coming in was frightening but left out happy. Will recommend!
