Always Money, Fountain Inn, SC

I have never heard of a business having people as managers be so unprofessional and rude. I work for a car dealership and met a great customer who had her car under a title loan with Always Money. She called them while we were working on her paperwork to get her payoff balance. The balance was way more than what they told her two months ago and she always pays on time. She explained that we may call them because she is trading the car so that we can get the pay off balance and send them a check. They were very rude to her when she told them this. We got her approved and had our finance manager call and ask for Diane, she was very rude and nasty to our finance manager and refuse to corporate. Our customer explained they are very nasty and rude and would try to draft money from you account before the due date. My finance manager asked nicely and professionally if we can get a copy of the customer's account history and Diane simply told us that she had to get permission from her manager but would call us back in 5 minutes. We even had our customer call them again and tell them she gave us permission to request information from her account. Our customer also explained that when she asked them at the Fountain Inn Branch to give her the corporate office number they would not. We called corporate office (looked it online) and we had to leave a message due to high call volume. We waited 30 minutes no call from Diane at the Fountain Inn location. We called back and she was very rude told us she couldn't release any information to us or to our customer. If you request information from you account you should be able to get it no matter what. We are so glad we were able to pay off this account for our new customer. Don't go to Always Money you will never pay them off and no one deserves to be mistreated.

If I could give them a rating of 0, I would. And all because of the "manager" Diane. She does NOT need to be in this line of work. She acts like it's HER money that is being lent out. Very rude and unprofessional. As soon as we get them paid off, we will NEVER deal with them again!

I have been a customer for a year always make my payment months in advance and when I tried to refinance I was denied I won't be doing business with this company no more or send someone there either

Just don't care for some of the employees at was at the Laurens Store before they was moved or she possible got FIRED FROM THE LAURENS STORE
