The staff is amazing! They are all courteous and professional. Brandi is super fast with preparing your loan. She can have money in your hand in a matter of minutes!! Hands down best place to go if you need a loan.

Brandy WHO SAYS SHE IS THE MANAGER... will harass you from day 1 of being late... AND trying to explain why and give an extra few days to a week... SHE WILL FLAT OUT TELL U ITS NOT HER PROBLEM and ask when u will be in with HER PAYMENT On top of that they call after hours from PERSONAL CELLS and ask for payment info!! I dont even know if I will pay them back now with all this they have going on BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND and the interest rate is SKY HIGH 600 for almost 900 IF U MAKE ALL PAYMENTS ON TIME if not you are looking at a lot more! NOT WORTH IT GO TO JACOB AT CASH LOANS OR KELLY OR JEFF AT QUICK CREDIT FAIR PPL FAIR PRICES LOW PAYMENTS AND INTEREST RATES!!

They accept cash or money order only. What business now days does not accept cards and payments over the phone??!! If you get behind on payments they do not accept partial payments. What kind of business turns down money??!! Incoming payment reminders via telephone are multiple per day (3-5) and the person calling talks faster than I can listen. The manager is kind, friendly and personable. She always has a smile. She is easy to work with. If I had it to do over I would not have cashed the check that came in the mail. But, it has more to do with debt than the business. But, I would do business with this group again IF I could get an APR below 10%.

TERRIBLE customer service. If you want to get a loan this is the LAST place you should go!!!! The whole company is a joke. Brandy is extremely unprofessional & VERY rude. She has the worst attitude. Overall this place is TRASH!!!!!!!!

I've been with them for several years. The ladies there are always helpful and work with me when needed. I don't feel they harass me when late or rude.
