Jacob had provided great customer service while talking to him on the phone and in office. Was able to help me immediately with what I was asking for. Ms Melody was also helpful and polite when I spoke to her about what documents were needed to bring in. She spoke very professional.

I highly recommend Cash Loan. They are very professional and caring group of people!! Jacob man your the best ever. I called once and they told me to call back. I was alittle scared, didnt think I was going to get the loan but they made it happen for me!! Thanks, you guys!!!

Just got a loan 2 days ago and they were so friendly and nice… I had no problem getting it and it was so quick and fast… I definitely recommend… also my husband has got over 3 loans already… the interest isn’t bad at all.., best one so far…

Just wanted to leave a review bc the girls@ the Gaffney S.C. location are AMAZING!!! They were so incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home! I was in panic mode when I went in bc I had already been denied by one loan company earlier in the day, my hopes weren't high at all but my mood changed as soon as I started talking with Melody, I could tell she actually wanted to help me! They didn't judge me or look at my past history and deny me instantly. If u have a job and are a good honest person that will pay back what u borrow these girls will most certainly help you! Please don't do them wrong! We all have situations that come up but all they ask is talk to them, let them know what's goin on! Don't avoid them and take them for a ride! Im very thankful they gave me a chance and I'll be doin all my business with them from now on....... and years to come, im gonna send everybody I know their way! Thanks again!

Smiling faces and very flexible payment options. Day by day interest is great for just needing extra cash on the spot and you can pay it back at your own pace. Oddly enough the staff Made me feel good about getting a loan.

Done with this place. I have borrowed from them multiple times in the past. The manager there was super nice and always friendly. New management needs training or it will end this place. I ALWAYS paid my payments and paid them off religiously. I lost my job and STILL paid them as much as I could (over two months). Once I got my new job, I only had to postpone one payment due to a partial first check and I ran out of money. The lady harassed me about making up both payments... then when she couldn't get that, she wanted me to "start over my loan" (therefore paying them the full interest again). After repeatedly telling them my new job is 3rd shift and I sleep during the day, they won't stop calling... so I silenced my phone. They should look at my history and know I pay my bills. I only make 1/2 my salary, but still am managing to pay them so I can get them behind me. Today is the final straw. They called one of my references... why? Just to get me to pay an extra $20 on my next payment. I guess these morons don't understand that I'm struggling to make sure I pay them as always, but yet they keep harassing me and now my references. I would expect this if I never paid or had issues... look at the years of history people. Cashwell in Gaffney recommended them, but I will be sure to tell them to NEVER recommend them again... nor will I ever recommend them again. This is not professional by the least... and when I spoke to the manager today, all she cared about is getting that payment. You are just a number on the spreadsheet now. Kinsmith... you just lost a loyal customer.

Top notch team there that worked with me to get me the money I needed. Very understanding and there to help in anyway! By far the best small loan company I’ve been too! I will definitely recommend them to everyone that needs a starter loan or quick emergency small loan! Very non judgmental atmosphere!!!
