They've always been courteous to me, always worked with me on a due date, I've renewed my contract several times without a problem. When I do not have an active account they call and invite me back. I've never had a problem.

I went in took a seat and this odd acting lady with rapid voice and eye movements proceeded to rush me to basically get sat down and let her plug my info in ( with her nasty long and short fingernails) and with a very rude attitude! Not to mention that the other ladies did not even acknowledg that I entered the building... very rude .. quiet... they acted like young girls on a Catholic boot camp, but at the same time their demeanor was of the trainer not trainee ... case and point apply elsewhere...somewhere you are treated like a human even if you get denied
