I’m very upset with Jessica. You have to watch how they offer all these insurance policies and the payment is coming off top from the loan(which is never mention). Then I’m trying to find out where my refund check, and Jessica telling me to call 1-888 number it’s nothing they can do at the local branch. Come to find out almost a month later the system is stating check was issue to me almost 2 wks ago from the local branch. I want my money!!!! I’m not a happy customer!!!!! It’s bad my local agent Jessica didn’t take / would not take the time to check the system to see if the refund check came to office!!!! But yet my payments started coming out my account less than a month before I took my loan out... I’m not happy about this...
