I've found dealing with employees at my branch. To be very pleasant and try their best to help, be it on phone or in person. My business income got hit hard by the recent Hurricane and they were there for me, when I needed them the most. I just recently did a refinance and it was done very smoothly.

The ladies were very helpful and they are not hard to deal with at all!
