Very rude customer service. I called around to be told it's a lot of people in here call back in 20 minutes (which I understand so that was fine). I called back 3hrs later to ask about a check in the mail. The woman explained what to do I said alright and was about to ask what time they close. She hung up in the middle of my question no bye nor thank you for calling.

My girls at Always Money Ashley and Shia were absolutely AWESOME!! VERY HELPFUL AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Come and see them and let them help you out!

Went there because I received a live check and needless to say I wouldn’t have wasted my time going there if I knew I was going to be treated that way. Shay was so nasty to me as a potential customer. I will not patronize this location with my business and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I went to the GOOSE CREEK store and was absolutely amazed!! Ashley got me in and out within 10 minutes!! She had excellent customer service and TONS of patience. Never had I worked with a loan company before but Always Money definitely made my whole week. Thank you guys so much for being awesome!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Being a returning customer for the 4th time over several years, as I normally don't leave reviews.... this location is terrible. I called with a concern on my account as I am used to the same day of every month for my recurring debit payment. Marina answered the phone very monotone and what came off as miserable or inconvenienced with the incoming call. As I tried to explain my concern I was talked over several times... which then explains all of the misunderstanding when I initially set up the loan. As I finally had to ask if I may fully finish my concern to proceed she still continued to interrupt. After the issue was fixed she decided to rudely hang up on me. NO thank you given no opportunity to thank her, just a dropped call.... As I am not the one to call back, I did. She again answered the same exact way as the first call. I asked her do you hang up on me? please tell me you didn't... as a returning customer that has QUICKLY satisfied every loan as an extremely easy customer to deal with I personally do NOT deserve that sort of treatment... much less a person to disrespect and a customer that essentially keeps you in business and employees a job. Customer service or just genuine politeness is lacking big time and these days that will kill someones prosperity.
