Had outstanding visit with this organization. Especially meeting Ms. Georgette the customer service agent. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and a heartfelt hello. I was amazed how professional and friendly she was to me, with the process of getting a loan with this company. She exceeded my expectations overall and I would refer all of my friends and family to this outstanding team member. Job well done and keep up the excellent work at Advanced American. A raise would be something in the future that should be discussed with your manager. Outstanding customer service is rare these days. I give you 5 stars. A loyal customer for lifetime.

Pink was absolutely the most courteous and helpful manager that has ever assisted me with applying for a loan. The process was quick and easy with a splash of his personality and sense of humor made it all worth any hassle I thought I would have to deal with but didn’t.
