Ms. Candice was very polite and knowledgeable during my visit. With tons of customers in the office during the busiest time of the day (5pm), she went out of her way to make a great impression on not only myself but each of us in the office. She didn’t cherry pick or show any sign of favoritism/discrimination towards anyone that entered the building. Might I add she was the only person working, and she greeted each us with a smile and warm hello. Unfortunately, I had to finish my transaction the next day, but she was very understanding. The next day I came in, and she had the same eagerness to assist me and was able to get my account started.

Candice was very help with this process. Made it easy for me to get all my documents together and got me out of there in a timely manner.

My experience was trying but a good one. These ladies know their business. And they do a good job. Wether I get the loan or not!

Yall go visit Ms.Candice she's the best and her vibe is amazing

I received a call from Candice about apply for a loan so I followed her instructions and applied online. Candice was so nice and helpful. At the time when I went to do the paperwork Candice was unable to assist me and directed me to the store on E. North Street office where I was greeted by Brittany. She was so helpful, professional and friendly. Although she was unable to process my loan that day she told me to come back to the Woodruff Rd store the next day and she could process my paperwork. Both ladies displayed exceptional customer service skills and a great deal of professionalism. Kudos to these ladies they are amazing!

Working with CSR Leon M., was a wonderful experience! He was very attentive to what I needed to have gotten done and was as expedient as he possibly could be. Excellent and exceptional service!
