All new workers there n I never been treated so badly ever n I been a 3 year customer! This young girl about bite my head off as soon as I walked in door cause I didn't have a appointment which never had to before! And I called the day before n she should have told me then n she gritted her teeth n said go sit down I'll see I have a customer. One person in there n me! Then when I was down n the lady said have a nice day I said maybe you need to say that to your coworker she about bit my head off when I walked in she was extremely rude n made me feel bad for coming here!!! Then as I walked to the door she yelled at me if I got something to say I need to say it to her face!! I said I can't help it if you were ease dropping on my conversation and she yelled something at me as I walked out the door of community credit I will never go there again!! Extremely RUDE

As long as you communicate with them they will work with you. Been a customer for over 8 years and never had a problem. Even when i was laid off they helped me stay on track

A bunch of SCAM ARTISTS Someone used my information and got a loan I've asked for documents showing me the loan because it's on my credit and I didn't do it,for over a month I've been calling trying to get their fraud department only to be told I can't contact them or their home office direct I would have to wait on them to call me a month later still no call and there reporting on my credit

Tori gives amazing customer service. She goes beyond to help each customer get approved for a loan and she's always friendly. I've been going there for 3 years now. Great service, & I've never had a problem.
