After search many locations for the best loan possible, I went with OMF! The process was extremely easy! Extremely quick application process. I got my money the same day. My creditor I wanted paid off advised me that payment in full was received the very next day. Can’t thank the Greenville, SC location enough.

The interest rates are ridiculous. They take advantage of people that need money! I would never get a loan from them ever again!!

Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude staff to the point when I pointed out their No Concealed carry sign, the representative waved her fingers at me and said bye bye. After having been pre approved for the loan. They have the right to post whatever they want, and I'm fine with that. As a former loyal customer I'll never do business with them again, and recommend anybody that believes in the Constitution, Should reevaluate their position with them as well. If nothing else read the posts, I should have before doing business with them.

My experience with Ms. Stephanie was excellent. She was polite, knowledgeable of her job, and didn't take a lot of my time. I look forward to doing business with OMF in the future.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Worst customer service i have ever seen in my entire life. Tom was very very rude. He was reading my pay stub wrong and argued me down about it and when he figure out he was wrong he got a attitude. And when i asked him for his name he told be he didn’t have to give it to me and hung up. I had to call from a blocked number to get his name to call corporate. I will definitely be calling the better business bureau.

After credit inquiry they ask for collateral. I would have never let them inquire if I knew they would ask for collateral. What a waste of an inquiry
