I have had a loan in the past, and I also have a current loan now with this branch, and their customer service is trash. I have never missed a payment ever and lost my job due to my husband being sick, so my payment was late, not even a month, and they started calling using words like I better do anything. You guys need better workers and a better store manager because she is very rude. If it happens again, I am contacting bbb.

Me and my wife have been loyal customer's for 7 long years and have always paid on time and renewed our loans many times. But I will never use them again because of how rude I have been getting treated since Valerie has left this branch. I just paid my loan off with no desire to renew. The lady Stacy was very rude with me because she could not follow when reading my card number to her. I spoke as slow as a snail and still could not follow then when I ask for someone else she had a smart mouth about it. Because of her and a few other calls I'm done.

Would not recommend, my mom got a loan, gave them her bank info and was setting up payment info and the lady said she accidently had it come out then. Said they would reverse it and go by the payment schedule as planned. 2 weeks later it has not been refunded and the employee said it was never took out and the bank statement and bank have said otherwise. The employee said well it must of went in and you must of spent it. She has sent them the statement from bank showing it came out and they still say it didn't. Would give a 0 but can't. My husband has had a loan there and it went great but that is not the case this time for my mom.

I have had a loan with them for two years have never missed a payment was never late I was outta work for a week for surgery called and gave a date I could pay and Sherry or Stacie got to yelling in the phone that she couldn’t wait til that day! They are the worst with. Costumer service I will never do service with them again are recommend for anybody!
