Terrible service!!! I have applied two separate times with regional finance now. Both times I applied they would pull my credit and never call me back I tried for two weeks to get a call back. Each day of the two weeks I would call and ask for information and the person on the phone would say I will get the person working on your loan to contact you. I would never get a call back day after day. Terrible terrible service.
