My husband & I have a loan thru the Pleasantburg location.. and it is a great place! The ladies in the office are very nice and easy to work with! They don't call and bug you all the time about your payments or that your have "more money available" We would not hesitate to resign our loan or take another one out on the future!

I have taken out (2) loans here. Business has great staff.The loan process/approval may take a business day or two to get everything completed. Straightforward interest rates. Early pay off accepted. Rates are high compared to traditional loans but I have been pleased with both experiences.

The worst lenders to borrow money from, don't get there Xtra ins from them either. When I got laid off my job, they didn't abide by Xtra ins that was taken out for this matter. And they all act like hound dogs, I will NEVER use this place for anything again!...

I didn't feel welcome at this location.I felt like their was a huge concentration on pre qualify me versus a warm friendly customer service.I had already boroughed and paid back a previous loan on time interest and all.Never been ask for so many forms of calateral and proof of existence on such a small loan.I understand process and procedures,I get it ,I sell cars every day and secure loans for a waaaaaaay more.I wanted to deal with someone local.I was able to go on line and secure a loan with in minutes and deposited next business day,NO HASSLE!
