Security Finance, Greenville, SC

I have not had issues with this location of security finance. Everyone has always been friendly and kind. (Keep in mind I’m hard to please and usually I’m very sensitive and can be whinny and take things and people the wrong way but I’ve never had that problem at this location or the one in simpsonville). I have been late before but when I called to let them know ahead of time they worked with me. I told them no calls to my job ever. They’ve never called. Communication is key. They’ve always been nice to me and explain the application and payment process and rules, etc. when they offer other loan options they are optional and I don’t get upset about it because at least there are options. The interest is high but at least they were able to help by loaning to me in the first place when the bank or other places wouldn’t. It’s helped build my credit some too. Chill out people.

Yea honestly don't come here! They don't care if something happens financially to you. There interest rates are insanely too high. Borrow a 1,000 pay off 2,000 for example. Then they entice you by calling you and saying "Hey we have some good news for you!" Oh so I can get $45 dollars back and my payment go up and because I got that $45 now I have to payback $200 more on my loan. Lol trust me STAY AWAY!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with this office the associates are so nice and very helpful.

This place is very unprofessional. I got a loan with them and paid on it on time every month for almost a year. My vehicle broke down. I told them I needed extra time to make my payment. The manager was very rude to me. She asked me to find a way to get to the store so I could show her in person that I was serious about paying my loan. I told her again my car is broke down and I have no gas money to give a friend or relative to bring me there. Why should I have to come there in person just to prove to you that I am serious about paying my loan!? After that day one of the employees there named Ursala has called my phone every single day. She even calls my references every single day. When I don't answer her calls from the business phone she blocks out the number and calls me again. This is harassment. Also I would like to add that they have ran my credit two times without my permission. They have no right to check my credit score without my permission. This business should be shut down. I regret the day I walked into Security Finance. I went there to get a small loan to increase my credit score, and now my family and I are all being harassed every day just because I haven't had the money to pay back my loan. If you need a loan I recommend that you go somewhere else.

These people are billing my credit card.....many fake charges n I've never seen the place....nor do I want to!!!!!!!

I would like to share my appreciation for the assistance at Security Finance. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ursila and she was very patient, kind & understanding of my situation. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs any type of assistance to reach out to their office.
