Cheyenne, Is the most caring person I ever met, she made me feel so relaxed and calm, even when I was in panic mode. She made sure I left with the money I needed. Definitely 5 stars and more she's awesome!!!!!!

I needed extra cash for the holiday friend of mine recommended that I go see Jeffrey at TitleMax on S Pleasantburg Dr and Mauldin Rd he told me that Jeffrey is a great guy to work with I went there and when I walked in the door I thought I was in KFC restaurant the place smells like chicken there was a big lady eating a chicken sandwich and I asked about Jeffrey she said that he no longer works here and my name in Katie the General manager here and she was very unprofessional and was interested in finish eating the chicken sandwich then attending to my needs she wasn't nice or helpful and the phone kept ringing and she kept muting it and finally I had enough of her and went next door to another title company they were so professional and gave me more than I asked for as I have a late model car I will never go to a TitleMax especially Mauldin Rd where Katie is and stay away from it I recommended the place next to it for a title loan. Thank you Katie for being unprofessional and mean because I got more money going to your competitors

Getting a title loan is not a good Idea but if you have no other way do not go to TitleMax there are many better title loan placess around I tried to get a title loan with TitleMax on Mauldin Rd the General manager that runs the place her name is Katie she is a very rude and impolite person as I was asking questions on how to obtain a title loan she acted like she had better things to do than answering my questions I was lucky to meet her manager as I was walking out he walked in that man is a joke it took me few minutes to get used to his accent but he is so incompetent and the more he talked the more you can tell he got to be a manager based on obeying his bosses and not on qualifications the manager needs an attitude adjustment as he doesn't know how to talk to customers along he thinks highly of himself as a financial advisor and in reality he knows nothing about financing or how to run a title loan companies. His name is Durko. TitleMax will end up shutting the store down if Katie is going to be in charge of it as she will run it to ground check with other companies as they have better services before you go to TitleMax
