I am leaving a review on each one of these offices so maybe someone will call back and get this straight if you have a loved one who has signed to where they pass away and leave you it's only $7,800 but it's still something Lord help me if you get the money they will lose the paperwork not call you back not call you back not call you back and then say when they answer the phone can you please hold or let me call you right back and not call you back death certificates to $35 and they have lost the paperwork I wish someone would please straighten this out and please get it fixed so we could get the money and move on with our life so when you sign up for a loan and you check that box to leave money for someone and you when you pass away please tell them to make sure that you read this review and you do not want this to happen to you when they say that oh this is a fluke accident I hope other people will write about their experience if they had someone that passes away and how long it took them to receive the benefits for the beneficiary my mother-in-law passed away at the end of May it is now the middle of September and they have supposedly lost the paperwork this is the Easley office that has done this to us so every office will receive a bad rating until it gets to the right office to fix it and then I will fix this review and I apologize for putting this on your office but someone needs to fix this office thank you very much
