They are very rude and disrespectful! Someone came by my home AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30a.m., banging on the door like the police! Apparently, they were looking for payment on a loan that is behind! I'm not sure how far behind the debtor is, but that was and is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!!!!!! When I called the manager about the occurrence, he proceeded to disconnect the call while I was mid-sentence... how professional. Need I remind you, I'm getting hassled and I didn't even do business with them. My uncle did.

I have been dealing with the greenwood branch over 4 years never been late never not paid them back . The bill was 2 days late she Called me on Monday I told her I had a lot going on because my little brother had killed himsellf on the next day they reported it to my credit they are by far the worst kind of company to deal with very rude and no compassion to a faithful customer never will I forget this awful way they did me in the pain I am smh

I was recommended to the manager Rhonda at the time when I needed help. She was very pleasant as well as her staff. I'm sorry to see her and the staff no longer working there. Good business.

Very nice ladies, they were reasonably patient and laid back with me during my situation at the time of my loan.

My experience is very horrible and now that they have a new manager I definitely will not be doing my business with them again.
