I was told over the phone I was approved for just a small $450 loan to get some repairs done on my car. The man I spoke with originally was nice, told me everything I would need to bring and so I asked off of work and took the nessicary documents in the next day or so. I did not see the man and was greeted by a lady. I explained what I was told on the phone and provided her with my information. I was shocked to say the least at her demeanor and what came next. This woman told me that the copies of my pay stubs looked "made up" and I would need to bring the real ones, not just copies, and basically embarrassed and insulted me right there, telling me to come back the next day. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.
