Very impressed with the new management in your office. Erica and Connie took a lot of time to sit with my daughter on her loan explaining how to manage her credit, understanding how the interest rate works and all. Very knowledgeable and truly helped her to understand the importance of making on time payments and how it would impact other things in life, such as getting a job, car insurance and more. Thank you so much for making our experience better than ever.

This company and the management is completely and utterly disrespectful. I’ve been reached out to by personal number and personal text messages as a way to acquire my monthly payment. Completely unprofessional when they have a company number. The newer manager Erica McBride, blatantly telling me she doesn’t want to work with me anymore (she’s been a manager for less than a month and this was my first time speaking to her.) after I’ve been financing with them for over 3 years before she was hired. Continued to argue on the phone with me on my payment date when I’ve been making the payment on the same new date for the last year. I would like to speak to supervisor and or owner and was denied that. Manager then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. I will be acquiring a request for all documents and signed form and policies. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM.

I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and have nothing but respect for the people who work here. They have always been understanding and worked with me through every situation I have come into. They have always communicated with me and have done everything they could to help me when I couldn't make a payment on-time. AS LONG AS YOU COMMUNICATE, THEY WORK WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!
