My name is LaMonica Williams. In last couple of months ago I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord. I was preferred by my cousin Pamela Williams. When I arrived at Northwood Auto Sales. I was greeted by a nice salesman. He took time out and showed me around. He answered every question I had. He was very honest with me. When I made my decision on the Honda Accord. I told him that I needed to go to the bank for the down payment. He assured me that he will hold the keys until I return. The young lady in the office was waiting for me to start my paperwork. She was very accurate with doing my paperwork. She had me in and out with the paperwork. While doing the paperwork. The salesman had my car cleaned inside/outside. I thank Pamela for referring me to them. Just as she did. I will recommend other customers to Northwood Auto Sales.

James is very professional and knowledgeable about his job at Check n Go. He treats you with the respect that a customer deserves. Anytime I need a loan I will go to the Hardeeville, South Carolina Check n Go and do business with Jim.

I called to make a payment for my husband. Everytime I call there's an issue with this young lady my husband already told her she can discuss anything with me I am only making payments. I asked the young lady what was the paymeant amount before providing her with our debit card number she responded she had to go to another screen but she needed the card number first she then placed me on hold to attend to a walk-in customer wish was not a problem at all she came back to the phone and said your payment has been processed for $118.00 and hung up the phone. I called back to ask if there was a confirmation number she stated I thought you were finished so I hung up really. I then asked her for the managers name she said I am the manager then I asked her for the corporate office number she refused to provide me with their information would someone from corporate please call me my number is listed in his file Rhondie Belton thank you seems like management needs more customer service training to me.

Today was a wonderful experience with Daneetra, she gave me so much attention to my needs. I can't say enough about how the whole process went. She took care of me and it was so easy. She is a great asset to this company. I will feel very comfortable coming back if I need help again.
