Outstanding customer service. Personnel such as Amanda and Carmen makes the institution great. I am currently banking here because of the great CD rates of the past. Unfortunately, the current CD rates are much lower, which forces me to move my funds to other institutions for growth. I will continue to monitor MSB, and if a another banking opportunity presents itself, I will return to conduct my banking needs.
