SPC Credit Union, Hartsville, SC

I have been a member for 3 years and up to now I've had no problems. I went in today with a basic affidavit form stating that I was gifting a vehicle to my daughter to be noterized. It was required by another state when she registered the vehicle. I went in to the teller, waited in line, then I was told I had to sign in and wait for someone to help me. After 5 minutes or so lady came out and I told her what I needed and she looked at me and said we can't notarize this we don't do any kind of court documents. I informed her this was not a court document and what it was for was clearly stated, and her and another person at the desk by where you sign in both told me no. Last I understood a notary was just to verify my signature and most every bank will do that for their customers. I don't understand why they seem they couldn't be bothered as the bank was not busy. And I was treated differently than the person that was ahead of me who was treated like one of her family.

Always friendly service when I need to go inside the bank it's self. Loving the new Mobile App and all the new features, with extra security logging into account. And added security question and codes when call the bank. Very Happy With My SPC CREDIT UNION... I have been with them for 2 years and going to be with them for a very long time. I have been banking with SPC for about 5 years now. I've never really had any issues or bad experiences. I only wish they had Saturday. I work full time Monday through Friday. By the time I get off, the bank and drive through tellers are already closed. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Have been a member for over 25 years. This was a great place at one time but now everything takes for ever to process. Been here 3 hours and they now don't even have a public restroom to use.
