So I forgot to make my payment by Friday evening. So I made a payment through their automated system the next day which stated a payment needed to be made so I made it. Turns out they took a payment as well on Friday. So the lady in the office proceeds to tell me I should’ve call. No ma’am, your automated system should be updated if you took a payment already. She offered to refund the money but not the overdraft fees. Which is terrible. My bank is like that’s ridiculous!!!!

This location is awesome. Abrupt repairs on one of the cars were needed! Trey resolved our financial matter quickly. Car is now repaired.
