Please forgive my first review. Was ok until I fell behind in payments. Did not care what Covid-19 did to my financial status. Called constantly and even showed up at my house a few times. Got very loud and nasty with me when tried to explain. Then end up taking me to court. I never denied that I owed them money, its just that they didnt show up in court and the case was dismissed. Me, trying to keep my word went and paid way over half anyway right after court, asked can there be a settlement amount. Claim that he will ask his boss the following Monday and will give me a call to let me know. Well, didnt get a call or anything, so I thought all was good and paid in full. Months later and now they remember my number again. Back to harassing me again. Don't go there cause they dont care.

The young lady answering the phone is very unprofessional and thinks it’s her job to lecture you on your credit report. I know everyone needs to work but someone needs to inform her that her job is to run credit and not be disrespectful
