They are Crooks! Had a loan for a month, paid fees and loan amount back in cash one month to the day of loan. I asked if could pay with my credit card the day of and I was informed that additional charges would Occur, but if I came in and paid with cash I could get my title back that day. So I paid $1735 cash got my title back, Now they are saying I haven't paid any money.

Telly was very helpful, friendly & very professional when I stopped in to ask some questions about exactly how the whole process of title loans worked. She sat there & explained everything so clearly & made sure I fully understood everything fully. I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever got. I know for a fact when I’m ready to get my loan she will be the only person I’ll do business with.
