1st Franklin Financial, Lancaster, SC

Have nothing but good to say about this Branch thus far. They were friendly and courteous. They were able to get me out of my rent to own building "loan shark" loan as we like to call it, with a interest rate and payment where we wanted. Will definitely be using them again for my future endeavors.

I really appreciate the ladies in this office. They are all very professional and courteous. I’m so thankful they are not rude. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a little financial assistance.

Terrible company and Customer service. They either don't answer, or when they do, staff Shauna Broderick Etheredge and Jessica Lyn- Marie Stevens, start the conversation with an attitude. I simply call to get answers to my questions and get an attitude as if they hate working there. I've had a much better experience at their other branch and their staffing. Avoid this BRANCH!!)

Yes I was late on my payment. I would go up to the Lancaster SC branch, they would be on their cell phones. Sometimes I would call them to ask a question, they would not have an answer, they would say let me tranfer you to the manager, why are they there if I get transferred all the time. Would not be going back to them interest rate is too high. (35.5%)Wish I would have listened to my mom and sister about them. Why is the manager Sharon always on lunch break around 4.
