Mariner Finance, Lancaster, SC

This is not my first time using Mariner Finance, Each time the time from your fist call to then signing of your last document is quick and easy to understand. The ladies in the office I used are always quick and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little help.

It started with Ms. Sandy my customer representative. She is always so nice and friendly. She greets you with a big smile and warm welcome ! Next, I sit down with Manager Michelle Bell and get greeted as Mr. Eller ! Again a big smile and warm greeting ! They are very professional with a buisness mindset. They also make you feel like family !!! Mariner, your Lancaster, SC team is the best !!! And my Financial home !!!

This was my first meeting with the Mariner Finance Lancaster, SC Branch. I knew I was going to enjoy working with this group from my first phone call. Michell, the Branch Manager was most helpful and was very sincere in helping me with my loan needs. After answering my questions we setup an appointment. Upon my arrival I found the office very neat and well organized. Michell met me at the front door with a professional big smile and greeting of, welcome to Mariner. She led me to her desk and we discussed the loan in detail after going over the paperwork I was asked to bring. At that time it was discovered my bank print out had not included everything we needed. Rather than have me leave and make an extra trip back to the bank Michell offered to call a friend who worked there. With my approval she called and asked if they could fax the info. After I spoke to the bank employee she faxed the statement. That meant a lot to me that she would go that extra mile. I was in and out in no time at all. The transaction was all done in a private setting with no phone call interruptions. Having been very pleased, myself I would highly recommend the Lancaster Mariner Finance Branch for any loan needs you might have.

Customer service was great helping me with my loan process. They were very polite and a fast processing my request. I appreciate such good people. Thank you
