Christean and Ashely were as helpful as they could be but after having received preapproval and with the history of me paying off early and never past due with titlemax I was still denied any loan in store by corporate. It is hard to trust the process with how arbitrary it all feels and how time consuming it can be. The in office folks are great but the company as a whole leaves a lot to be desired.
